Bottle @ Late Night Fonefan/Brugmansia Tasting, January 2013. Pours hazy yellow with a small bubbly off white head. Grass and grain. Mild sulphur. Dry and short bitter finish. A bit thin.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.[ Trade by Boris ]. Hazy medium yellow colour with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, dark fruit, pineapple. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a long duration, yeasty, tropical fruit, pineapple notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121118]

Light malty smell, a little bit chocolate is also present. Normal sized white creamy head, long lasting, black body.

On tap at the brauhaus in Maisach - 17/07/12. Poured into a ceramic krug therfore a little guesswork that the body was copper brown with a beige head. Earthy aroma, grass, dirt, a little metallic, faint hops. Tastes marry aroma, slightly dank grass, quite wet and not too much carbonation.

On tap at the brauhaus in Maisach - 17/07/12. Hazy orange/yellow with a white head. Typical weizen nose of banana, wheat, yeast and spice. Taste follows exactly with a hint of fruit other than banana. Medium bodied, well balanced sweetish finish.

On tap at the brauhaus in Maisach - 17/07/12. Mid brown with a dollop of beige head. Malt forward nose, sweetish toffee/caramel backdrop. Taste marries aroma with a little nutiness and a bitter flavour. Medium bodied and typical carbonation for the style.
