Keg at the brewery. Batch 1. Hazy orange, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, lychee, orange, lacto, mango. Taste is juicy orange and lemon, lychee, lacto, wheat. Medium bodied, high but delicate carbonation, refreshing, well balanced. Nice. 100th Berliner Weisse!

500 ml purchased at the source. Hazy golden color, low carbonation. Aroma is as complex as the flavor.

The hops show in the flavor by the means of mild grass, mellow white grape. The base yeast strain gives a nice complexity. Straw, mild funk, with a mellow Brettanomyces / funk oak hint. The body is medium with a nice effervescent mouthfeel. Just awesome!

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops light golden lemon with a thin white head. Aromas of mild funk grass straw nice peppery notes. Taste is clean crisp grape skin straw funk tart citrus. Bottle in Winter Park with jcnielsen. Gusher! Pours a dark brown appearance with a thin, dark brown head. Really interesting aroma- dark fruit, dark chocolate, roast, vanilla, and coconut. High carbonation. Somewhat tart. Coconut, dark chocolate, dark fruit, grapes, plums. Like the other version, this style really isn’t my thing but this sure is interesting.

Bottle in Winter Park with jcnielsen. Big thanks to Lukaduke for sharing the love. Pours a dark brown appearance with a thin dark brown head. Aroma has roast, dark fruit, raisins, plums, tannins, light smoke, and some char. Pretty high carbonation. Flavor is a funky, very roasty, and fairly dry. High boost. I’m not a huge fan of this, but I will say that there is a kiss of maple on the back end that is pretty tasty.

Growler from the source. Cloudy orange / yellowish color, lasting head retention. Aroma is pineapple, mango, un-describable tropical notes with citrus. Very pleasing to the nose.

The flavor has a good amount citrus upfront and then turns into the tropical fruit as the aroma indicates. Just enough bitterness to make you know it is an IPA. The best characteristic is the juicy fruity texture. Very juicy. Just a touch of alcohol but it does not hurt the flavor in any way. Tasty with a ton of fruit! Drinks very easily for the higher gravity. I drank the entire 750 ml myself without any issues.

Bottle from the Brewery Shared with the Tasters Choice crew. Slightly hazy light yellows color with a spirited bubbly white head. Lemony tart earthy funk with bits of citrus and grape on the nose. More earthy and funk than tart in the flavor. Moderate citrus flavor with a light higher alcohol note. Pretty tasty brew.

Bottle courtesy of Reynolds314, thank you sir! Crystal clear golden yellow color, white coca cola head. Aroma of apricot, lemon, subtle banana. Taste is softly sour, fruity, with a dusty funky finish. Tasty.
