355ml can via Beer52 (7% ABV) BBE Sep 2021. Drank at home on 1st Oct 2020. Liked it. Golden pour, white crown on top. Mild citrus nose and flavours, good malty base for the hops to work with, light piney bitterness comes through the semi-sweetness from the malts.

Can from Beer 52. Wondered what was “massive” about this – until I noticed the ABV ! Has a generic fruity nose – maybe lime and pineapple ? Pours a chrome yellow with a very transient white head than rapidly becomes scummy. Sharp and hoppy in the mouth – but not overly so (and not citrus thank god !). Taste of melon and pine with some traces of grapefruit. Finish is fruity. Not quite my kind of beer – but rather nice.

Great label! Large foamy white head stayed on a slightly hazy gold body. Sweet fruity aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a sharp dry back. Bitter citrus, pithy, confectionery, chalky & melon tastes. A strange one with an unusual taste in background...

Foamy white head stayed on an unclear dull gold body. Malt & orange aroma. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated with a clean back. Orange, earthy, hoppy & zesty tastes. Standard

Can, from TapRm. Pours cloudy lemon yellow with foamy off-white head, lemon peel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, thin body, longish finish. Decent session IPA.

Ridiculously hazy peach, copper, light brown, pink and pure guava coloured body with no head at all - this is as creamy and hazy as an 'IPA' could possibly be - quite strong and beautiful, but without some head at all. Aroma of alcohol, light bitter metal, some funky malts and yeast, but the strength of flavours is deep in terms of cherries and especially flowers with the chamomile hitting hard in the nose. Light-bodied; Sharp astringent and super-pungent deep robust bitterness with a lot of flowers, grass and hay notes at first with some light sweetness from the cherries and a dash of the tea/lforal notes coming through from the chamomile blossoms. Aftertaste is super dry, incredibly deep and pervasive in terms of pungency and bitterness with a lot of grain and malt components and more yeast/alcohol flavours than I expected from a 5,5% abv beer with some cherry and fruit-based sweetness towards the end, but not enough to overpower any of the deeper notes. Overall, an interesting beer that doesn't really hit as an IPA in any way - more of a fruit beer or a light biere de garde than an IPA with no real hop notes at all, and way more yeast, dryness, funk and especially fruit-based flavours throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on 10-October-2019 for US$5,49 sampled at home in Washington on 12-January-2020, just over a week before my next trip to Omaha.

Bottle @ Malt & Mold (12/29/19). Opaque dark brown with very small frothy beige head, strong whisky aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter sweetish caramel whisky taste with alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish with alcohol aftertaste. Quite boozy.

16 ounce can from ABV. Pours a mostly clear orange color with a small white head. A light funky nose. Sour cherry, light sweet base, really funky like brett, richer cherries as it goes on. Interesting. Sort of odd.
