Bottle @ Barely Legal Tasting Room . Pours clear, between amber and blonde . Small white head . Smell is very grainy , almost like it has a sourness as well ... Taste is really grainy, bitter, the sourness isn’t really sour, its more like a sharp, malty, funky ( brett ) kinda thing .. Pretty sure its not really infected or anything like that ( at least , not in a bad way ) but its pretty far from the average, standard IPA . Don’t get ;e wrong, I like this very much , but perhaps the style catagory should be changed . Reminds a lot to Orval , very much even . This is very respectable . Its more easy drinkable too, and a little bit more intense and more bitter . in a world with so many Orval clones, nobody told me this was suposed to be one , yet this is one of my favourits in this style ... nice !

Corked and caged 0.75 litre bottle from 08 Oct 2012, Lot 002. Shared with Fin and Mat on 23rd Aug 2014 at Sophie’s Creperie. Dark brown with a red hue, tanned head. Malts lead the way in both the nose and taste with dark fruits showing in both the aroma and taste. A slight yeastiness in the flavouring as the beer warmed a little. It came across a bit sweet and sour in nature with the sweetness just about winning overall. I liked it.

Bottle courtesy of Black Haddock, cheers Jeremy! We had this at The Creperie, Market Hall, Shrewsbury, Saturday 23rd August 2014 in company of Mat, Loz, Jeremy and some of Jeremy’s family, Pours mahogany in colour with a light beige head. Tangy dark sticky fruits a bit of date perhaps. This is both spicy and a little yeasty. A twangy fruity sour edge. Its good. Aroma not too disimilar to Pannepot, in fact its really similar. A jolly decent beer, cheers Jeremy! A8 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.8

30/VI/14 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: IX/2016 (2014-679)
Gusher alert!
Bit cloudy amber beer, huge fizzy off-whitea head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: bit spicy, caramel, malty, sugary, some almonds, marzipan, cinnamon. MF: way too much carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very hard to tell, with so much carbonation foaming in your mouth. It's a bit lemony, very malty, sugary, caramel, lots of alcohol are noticeable, some dried fruits, raisins, dates and figs. Aftertaste: unpleasant bitterness, dried fruits, bit of chocolate, weird ending, bitter vegetables.
