2/1/2023. Bottle from RAD Beer. Pours clear spritzy very pale gold with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is rich apple, citrus, lightly woody and funky. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, gentle fizz which suited it nicely. Light tannic finish. Enjoyed this.

330ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, shared with Soph on Christmas Day. Clear gold pour. Nicely sweet, juicy with very light tannin, dry finish. Simplistic by Pilton standards, but pleasant and fruity enough.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM i think. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a small white fizz that fades to some small bubbles. Aroma is semi sweet, golden apple juice, woody apple pips, apple curd with a slight tart edge, light toffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart woody apples, pear, bark, drying finish, apple curd, quince. Quite unique, Some lingering complex sugars. Palate is semi sweet, tart, highish carbonation. To drying finish.
