From tap at Little Faith, Deptford, London 31.07.22. Clear pale straw colour with a hue of green. Diminishing white head. Superbly complex taste. First leather and apple peel, then crisp apples and Champagne. Crisp mouthfeel. Very quaffable.

33cl bottle - Pours a clear rich golden colour with a small fizzy head that quickly settled. The aroma is apples; pulp and skins; with some woody notes. A moderately sweet and moderately dry appley taste, sweet apple, light funk and woody flavours with drying finish.

750ml bottle from Brew Cavern, Nottingham. Orangey reddish gold colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of islay whisky cask, peaty, phenolic, smokey, some plum. Taste is sweetish, tangy, phenolic, islay cask, salty, with mellow fruity plum and apple notes, and then woody, drying tannins. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, smooth soft carbonation, dry tannic finish. All blends together nicely, very drinkable.
