Apples are collected from traditional cider orchards in and around the parish of Pilton and slowly fermented for six months in our cool Victorian cellar before bottling.
Pilton is available as a selection of bottles and also draught in kegs, see our full range here.

On tap at London Beer House. Pours a clear light yellow gold with visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has rich slightly sweet and earthy apple with a hint of tartness underlying. Flavor has sweet apple with a light earthiness and a hint of tartness in the finish.

330ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, shared with Soph on Christmas Day. Clear gold pour. Nicely sweet, juicy with very light tannin, dry finish. Simplistic by Pilton standards, but pleasant and fruity enough.
