Draught at The Cider House, Borough Market on Saturday 15Jul2023. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, funk, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home picked up from fuss clube. Ahazed plummy red coloured pour with a lasting pinkish off white head. Aroma is lovely tart reb berries, prickly red currant and cranberry, little sweetness, tart, but clean. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, mixed red berries, acai, cranberry, cherry, light yogurty funk, lovely berry medley, super crisp drying finish. Palate is crisp with a touch of sweetness, drying finish, airy prickly finish. Superb.

750ml bottle from Pilton. Pours a clear orange gold colour with a fizzy white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of ripe apple, caramel, whisky barrel. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, caramel, woody, oak, whisky cask, bittersweet with drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, medium-sweet tannic finish. Superb, very drinkable.

On tap at London Beer House. Pours a clear gold with a slight copper hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has slightly earthy and dry apple with a bit of sweetness underlying. Flavor has earthy apple with a slight dryness and light acid in the finish.

Aroma has rich slightly sweet and earthy apple with a hint of tartness underlying. Flavor has sweet apple with a light earthiness and a hint of tartness in the finish.

Bottle picked up from HOTM. A very clear, mid gold coloured pour with a small fizz that fades. Aroma is semi sweet and tart, quince, dry wood, bark, Flavour is composed of super tart, crisp, quince, light woody bark, fizzy apple, clean , crisp. Palate is tart and crisp, gentle massenging carbonation. Good stuff.
