Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Cask at William Robert Loosley (JDW),’High Wycombe. Amber with a large white head. Creamy mouthfeel nice at first but gets a little cloying. Sweet caranel dominates with a bit of brazil nut and a little lemon. Light earthy bitterness to finish. Reasonable bitter, bit too sweet and creamy by the end.

Cask at dark brown with a tiny white head. The nose is earthy, cheap hotdog, smoky, bbq sauce, spicy and some sweetness. The taste is mellow roast, earth, light spice, treacle, meat, light bitterness with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Not as bad as you might think. Fine.
