Stockport Beer Festival 2016. Extremely dark ale. The cherry influence is interesting, with the fruit dominant, but dark malts also evident behind this.

Pigs Ear Day 4. Cask. Lightly hazy deep amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest carbonation. Very tangy fruits, edging toward sour. Mild floral bitterness before a semi dry finish. Just another (tangy) porter.
