[ As Stockport Bitter Lemon ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - lemon, tea. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - lemon fruity, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, sweet malt - sweet fruit - light strawberry jam, dark malt, strawberry notes. Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 6/3/2017. Dark brown, with a slight, beige, head. Aroma of coffee,dark fruits and toasty malts. Flavour had more coffee, liquorice and some plain chocolate,before a dryish finish. Fine.

Cask at the source. Deep clear brown color, tan head. Huge espresso grounds and cocoa aroma. Taste is earthy coffee grounds. Light body. Very tasty.
