From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2016. Aroma is nicely fruity, citrus, light pale malt, lemongrass, hint of tropical fruits. Flavour is light bitter. Body is medium. Quite a refreshing and fruity Saison.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma is tartish fruits, yeast, apples, malt, straw, some spicy notes, hint of booze. Flavour is moderate sweet and a bit tart with a light bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Pretty big and fairly complex Saison-ish.

Can at home. Aroma is very fruity, tropical fruits, strong orange, tangerine, mango, touch of guava, light malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is about medium. Nicely fruity, strong orange and tropical, would have been better with more hoppy bitterness though.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Strong vinous barrel aroma with dark chocolate, roast, fudge, grapes, and red wine. Rich sweet flavour with vinous notes and a little bitterness in the finish. Body is full. Smooth and complex, red wine meets chocolate.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is grainy malt, funky Brett, bread, with soft fruity notes including a touch of apple. Flavour is moderate bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. I expected a bit more depth from this one, but the Bretty funk sure is nice.

Bottle at Café Derat, Utrecht. Aroma is lots of coffee, espresso, chocolate, sweet vanilla beans, dessert notes, roasted malt. Flavour is quite sweet with a roasty bitterness. Body is full. Rich one with lots of coffee and dessert notes. Lovely coffee dessert Stout.

From tap at Planet Oedipus ’17. Aroma is citrussy fruity with tart lemon, soft wheaty malt, lots of citrus. Flavour is tart and nicely puckering sour with a dry finish. Medium bodied. An excellent refreshing citrussy Sour.
