Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a decent fine minerally crispness. The malts are inevitably thin but bring a nice biscuit and slightly singed caramel flavour. Ripe fruits before a touch of brighter citrus. A light crisp pine before a crisp and semi dry finish. Shows some mild esters in the aftertaste. Crisp clean and drinkable.

Bottle from Russell & Newnes, Aldeburgh. Golden with a small head. Pleasantly hoppy-sweet, with the latter more gentle sugars than any direct flavours, but good all the same.
