Taste is sweetish & tart fruity, appley, strawberry hints, gooseberry, juicy, citrusy, spicy with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Clear gold pour. Nose is baked apple, touch of cinnamon. Similar doo dah in the taste. Sweet and dry.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear crimson red coloured pour with a hal of white head. Aroma is dry red berries, cranberry, oal, vanilla, complex. Flavour is composed of musty red grape, tart apple, crisp fruit, vinous red grape notes, light tannin, mellow funk. Lovely mix of apple and grape. Palate is semi sweet, tart, tangy, moderate carbonation. Lovely.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 26/10/24. Deep copper to amber with a reddish glint and topped with a light crimson cap that veers edgewards. Nose is crisp apple, oak, hint of caramel, tannins, orchard wood. Taste comprises apple skins, vinous, straw, light acidic twinge, funk, crisp apples, light bramble berry, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid complex drop.

Taste is tart, tangy, red wine, barrel notes, fruity, red apple, with some woody oak, vanilla and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying mellow vineous oaky finish. Very drinkable.
