750ml bottle from Nightingales. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of woody oak, vanilla, apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, wood barrel, oak, apple, fruity, spruce, tropical pineapple notes, with vanilla and mellow acidity. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low soft carbonation, woody oaky mellow finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Nightingale. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, strawberry hint, wood barrel note. Taste is tangy, sweetish, tart, fleshy apple, whisky barrel, woody, oak, some fruity strawberry notes, hints of vanilla, with some acidity and tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, drying woody tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can shared with Holmen1 and JFE at Vaaland 10.09.22. Very clear and pale green. Aroma and taste of dandelions, cinnamon, wild apples and pickled cabbage. Interesting.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 13/08/22. Pale golden yellow with a light pinkish hue and with little in the way of a head. Nose is pink lady apple, bitter sweet, tannins, light orchard wood, apple skins. Taste comprises crisp apple, sugar sprinkle, vinous, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Good easy drinking and refreshing stuff on a hot day.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A clear pale yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, crisp tart apple, plastic, floral notes, pear, woody bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart, twist of lemon, pear, green apple. Palate is tart and tangy and crisp, moderate carbonation. Real;ly nice stuff.
