Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 14/05/22. Pale translucent yellow with modest white bubbles atop. Nose is soft apple, light wood, sugars, floral, trace of honey. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, tannins, sugars, apple pulp. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Decent enough easy drinking affair.

750ml bottle from cat in the Glass. Sparkling, slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, hint of floral honey. Taste is tart, pear, fleshy, fruity, with caramel & vanilla notes, and some light acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, lightly acidity finish. Nicely drinkable.

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, apple core. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, yellow apples, fresh apples, apple core, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20220114]
