Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Slight haze gold. Thin off white head. Bit of yeast and butter on aroma. It’s ok, but a bit too buttery for me. Decent hop though. 536310 2.7/5.0 Re rate cask handpull at The Bull Horton Kirby. Almost like a different beer. Clear copper orange touch of haze. Decent citrus hop aroma with just a hint of butter toffee with an earthy hop finish with touch of faint rubber. Decent with good hops, but that butter is still there.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Chestnut with lasting beige head. Aroma of a slightly malty bitter and it tastes like a very well made best bitter. OK malts, bit earthy. Nice malts and plenty of character. I remember thinking that I could score it higher, but just couldn’t find any reason too.

Cask, handpump at FFTMC, Oxofrd, 26-05-08 Pous light gold in colour with a thin white head and the merest hint of a haze showing.Good citrusy nose, nice hops. Juicy tangerines and also some old fashioned marmalade in the mouth, finishes dry and bitter on the roof of the mouth, this is good stuff.

Golden colored. A tiny creamy head. Aroma of ripe grapes. Complex fruity flavor. The alcohol shines through giving a warming effect.
