Clear golden with a white head. Lovely spice and floral aroma. Medium bodied. Starts fresh bright fruit, spicy yeast, light biscuit malt, and crisp hops. Finish is crisp and spicy. A very nice tripel.

12 oz can poured. A hazy golden yellow pour with an expanded foam head. Soft, grainy aroma with a piney hop. Flavor is a gentle cereal grain, mild piney hop bitterness, and a cool, mostly empty finish. Pretty refreshing. Feels very light in a lot of ways for an IPA. Bitterness seems to fade in a dry finish, and return. Not bad, but I wanted more depth and flavor here.

Hazy orange with a tall white head. Medium bodied. Lightly earthy with sweet tropical highlights. Lingering candied fruit notes. Wouldn’t guess 7.7%. Not as interesting as I’d hoped for but a solid IPA.

Super clean golden with a white head. Light earthy and zesty hop notes under loads of sweet sugary malt. Medium slick body. Herbal finish and mildly dry. It’s nice but if the floral and herbal notes were kicked up a notch it would so much better.

Very deep red with a thin white head. Malty, toasted, lightly sweet and chocolate nose. Medium bodied. Flavor is toasted malt, light roasted notes, chocolate, mild earth, and some sweet caramel to round it out. A clean and straight forward dunkel. Great.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. A sweet lemon biscuit nose. The flavor is big biscuits, caramel, lemons, a bit dusty. Odd one.

Draft pour pint at The Red Hot. Really thought I’d spend the majority of the day enjoying the different Tacoma breweries, but when my freaking softball team won’t lose, it cuts deep in my beer time. Lucky for me, I can still turn to a classic favorite stop of mine to enjoy the local brew options. A fitting name to this beer. A crusher porter for sure. When done correctly, I believe a porter is the most crushable beer style. Dark brown pour with a slight glow. Patchy beige cream head. Initial robust malt.aroma, with a flavor that leads to a more creamy milk chocolate. Not a super unique porter by any means, but well executed and clearly meet their intentions. Overall, I loved it.a

On tap. Pours a hazy copper with a medium, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Sweet, fruity aroma of tropical fruit, peach, orange, floral and caramel malt. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, peach, tropical fruit, orange peel and alcohol with a dry, bitter, hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious.

Black with a deep beige head. Full of roasted malts, sweet chocolate, earthy, restrained yet Furey heat lingering in the tongue, vanilla, and slight molasses. I don’t usually enjoy chili beers but this one is well done.

Black with a tan head. Roasted malt, chocolate, earthy, some grain. Bitter and dry finish. Medium but slightly watery body. A straightforward, easy drinking yet flavorful stout. Good stuff.
