2022 versie (wederom: alsof er een andere versie bestaat, nou ja, dat kan nog komen natuurlijk). Vrijwel zwarte body en licht beige schuim met maar weinig retentie. Geur is zoetig, geroosterd, iets umami, boozy, whiskey. Retronasaal: zoetig, zoete chocola, iets boozy, wat geroosterd. Smaak is zoetig tot zoet, chocola. Mondgevoel is wat dunnetjes, had iets voller gemogen. Prima koolzuur, warmende alcohol. Smaak blijft nog even hangen.

(Bottle) Orange colour, slightly hazy, with brief bubbly head. Fruity, funky nose with notes of raspberries, red fruit, yeast, oak wood, herbs and floral/rosey aromas. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, vinegar, oak wood, funky yeast, herbs and flowers. No bitterness. Medium body, mainly dry. Rich, funky and fruity. Very nice.
