A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of oak chips, vanilla, tart fruits, pale malt. Taste of tart woody malt, whiskey, vanilla, hints of brett.

Аромат прежде всего вишни и вишневой косточки, также есть ноты малины и земляники на отдаление, немного сена и кисляка от яблок. Цвет бледно розовый, не скажу что глубокий и красивый. Пенка небольшая, быстро опадает, немного мыльная. Вкус хороший, по началу напоминает Фландрийский красный эль, потому что приятно кислит от квашеных яблочек. Также имеются глубокие нотки малины и ежевики. При глотке уже больше вишни и кислоты от нее. Затем весьма сильное сухое послевкусие с косточкой и хмелевой составляющей. В целом хорошо и приятно.

Аромат сразу кислый и как будто с дикими дрожжами, немного цитрусовых, хлеба и абрикоса. Цвет полу мутный, немного золотистый, пенка средняя. Вкус неплохой. Сразу дрожжи с ароматом хлева. Кислые как будто от гриба ноты. Хотя при этом много абрикосов и немного персика. При глотке нотки горячи и немного сухости, как будто ассоциации с белым вином. В целом неплохой кислый эль в классическом виде.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is peppery Saison yeast with subtle smoke, lightly fruity with some citrus, grainy malt, more spicy notes. Flavour is light sweet and bitter with a medium body. Decent, more Saison than Smoked, lacks a little extra punch.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is abundant passionfruit with remarkably strong bready grainy malt, wheat, some straw. Tart tropical fruits, some mango. Flavour is medium sour, mildly puckering. Medium body. Another fine Sour from De Leite.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is yeast, grassy hops, pale malt, fruity notes including some citrus. Mildly floral. Flavour is moderate bitter and light sweet. Body is medium. Nice hoppy Belgian Ale.

Aromas are sour funk, spice, floral, malt, a little cherries. Flavors are similar to nose with again a little cherry, medium tart and a little malt. A touch of sweet in the back to balance. Good body and satisfying finish. Wish there was a little more cherry.

Herber, moderat hefiger Beginn. Milde Süße, schwacher Körper, leichte Holznoten sind vorhanden, das eher schwache Grundbier geht da bereits verloren. Mittellanger, mild säuerlicher Abgang. OK. 9/6/7/7/7/7

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 1 Nov 2024) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with toffee, spices, orange peel and yeast. Malty taste with notes of toffee, caramel, orange peel, herbs and a mild floral/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. A bit different, but interesting and tasty. Nice one.
