Cask at the sportsman Derby. A very clear golden pale yellow straw coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet, grass, tangy green apple, bark,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody mealy apple, some white sugars, grass. Palate is still, semi sweet, ok.

BIAB at Crafty Merlin's, Darlington. Clear red colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, berry hint. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, juicy, sugary, some berry notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite OK

Keg, 1/3 pint shared with Finn, drink-in at Beerfly. A bubbly surface over a near-clear golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Rather sweet and dry apple skins on the nose. Mixed taste of sweet fruits, pears, peaches and apples. Smooth sweetness to a short tail. Easy going. (Bedford 18.11.2021).

Half-pint, on cask at The Old Fountain. Shared with Finn. Bright golden body, naked at the surface, fragile lacing. Modest smell of sweet apple skins. Mixed taste of sweet apples, hints of caramel and berries. Sweet berries and apples to the aftertaste. Overly sweet, but quite drinkable. (London 16.11.2021).

Keg, half-pint at Pint Shop Cambridge. Shared with Finn. Deep, blood reddish body, no head, no lacing. Moderate smell of berry skins and ripe apples. Balanced berry-fruity flavours, mid-sweet apples and red-berries. Rather sweet fruit-berry end. Okay. (Cambridge 14.11.2021).
