Casked. Amber colour, mediumsized head. Aroma bitterish hoppy with fruity hints. Flavour is fruity, hoppy and of fresh wood (newly cut wood). Wellbalanced and smooth, but quite one-dimensional and standard bitter...

Bottled. Still, golden beer with a dminishing, off-white head. The aroma is mostly malty, with caramel and flowery hops. The flavor is malt-dominated too, with hops, caramel and dark bread. Long bitter finish and a body that is medium to thin. Not excactly my idea of an IPA, but not bad.(060405)

pint nitrous can - Pours amber with the fine bubbles and creamy, long lasting head you get from a nitrous can. The aroma is light with malts and some subtle fruit. The flavor is mild and quite low in hops, but pleasant enough and has nice fruit notes. The mouthfeel is creamy and very low in carbonation. The finish is mild and smooth. This ale is very easy to drink and rather good, but could use a bit more flavor.
