GUSHER ALERT!
Clear pale blond beer, big fizzy aery white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit sourish, acidic, fruity notes, pears, little dirty. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of watermelon, bit sourish, very refreshing, slightly sweet, bit spicy. Aftertaste: more watermelon, also the peel, bit lemony, lime, bit vegetal.

Bottle. Unclear orange brown body dense, lacing beige head. Aroma is fruity and spicy with caramel malt, some dry fruit and toast. Flavor is sweet with caramel, toast, dry fruit, some spices and hint of chocolate. Fine balanced body, good aftertaste. A tasty, sweet and smooth beer.

Tap. Hazy brown. Stable ivory-coloured head. Aroma: lots of pleasant esters, nuts, rich malts, fruit, just a hint of tannins. Medium to full body. Light to medium sweetness. Malty, nutty. Vinous, fruity. Light bitterness. Perfect balance. Delicious.

Black color. Strong smell of yeast; then it goes away replaced by a better aroma of roasted nuts. Medium body strength, roasted malt flavor, quite strong yeast flavor, that is particularly strong in the final, along with a touch of liquorice. Boozy.

Black color. Mild booze aroma, then the glue smell of the base beer comes out. Less carbonated, softer mouthfeel, the alcohol is as present, the liquorice is stronger, some roasted malt.
Not very cohesive.

375mL bottle, pours black with a large tan head. Nose is heavy on the sherry barrels, with a fairly harsh boozy character and medium roasted malt. Flavour is fairly harsh as well, with boozy sherry barrels, medium roast, and some burnt character. Not exactly elegant, but I do enjoy the liqueur character in its robustness. The more it warms, the more its depth shines through. Very nice stuff.

Bottle - Light sweet fruity notes with cocoa. Cloudy dark brown with a nice beige head. Light booze, touch a fruity with a bit of a lacklustre finish.

Dark brown. The sherry and wood come through in the aroma, and the dark sugars on the base beer. A bit fizzy and thin. The sherry comes through nicely, but the base is definitely light, and in this case the wine takes over, and there's even less of the base beer character. In terms of size and complexity, it's definitely a let down.

Bottle - Light anise and dark molasses with cocoa. Jet brown with a small beige head. Dark cocoa and well balanced bitterness, booze and malt.
