Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2017. It pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, candied lemons, lime, kiwi, sugared mice and bread. The taste is dry, decent level of bitterness, chewy wood, white bread, straw, estery, apple pear, melon and some warming alcohol. Medium body and moderate - high carbonation. All comes together pretty well. Not bad.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Wines Convention, Vol. III. Cheers! Pours murky gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds pale grains, light wheat bread. Light sweet flavour with notes of melon, yeast, pale bread; husky grains give some bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with further pale bread, mild bitter hay. Nice enough.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with light retention and no lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some subtle salty notes. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with subtle salty notes and light dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Very well brewed for the style with just enough character and good drinkability.
