Pours pale yellow into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant spiders. Sour oak and wheat aromas. Dry and tart with white grape and yeast upfront turning to coconut (??) before the lasting bitter oak finish.

Medium, white ehad over (cold)hazed orange beer, well-carbonated. Very vinous nose, with good Brett - not unlike a Premier/Grand Cru Bourgogne. Old oakbarrels and dry, discreet spices. Dry-spiced but restrained, seems completely attenuated. Faint citrus, too, all very restrained but then again well-balanced and blissfully complex. Well-carbonated, medium bodied, alcohol present. Excellent beer - also as a ’triple’. Promising brewery; and the artwork as on the site is breathtaking.

Very good, thcik, if irregularily bubbled, cream-coloured head over hazed amber beer, with a faint mossy sheen. USA-hops, citrussy, but also really lemon-liek, plus other nice aromas (rosehips? I swear upon my black soul I wrote that before reading the contents!). Garden herbs, unripe fruit. Quite bitter & wry, very yeast-laden, yeastesters à gogo. Quite some - mellow - acidiity, scarce restsugars. Strange flavours - as fruit and vegetables, not really reckoned meant for eating... drinking, then, maybe? Very present carbonation, fysical. Not a very long aftertaste, apart from some leafy bitterness backthroat, also reminiscent of orange peel mainly. Another "willed" saison. The current outlook on Saison couldn’t be more wrong, IMO. This is not a bad beer by any standards, but it is a wrong saison. At least by mine...

Bottle at the CBC Tune-Up, London. You’re welcome, chaps. Pours very pale, lightly hazy yellow with a fine, white film head. Lovely nose of grass, light manure, brett. Nice flavor, medium sweet with zesty brett, some lemon, mild musty basement. Medium bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Fresh finish, with mild zesty citrus and some light grassy bitterness. Utterly drinkable. Super clean and fresh, mellow but very complex. If there was ever a 750ml bottle I would slam by myself, this is it. Outstanding beer on all fronts. (July 2012, Score: 4.4)

Light to medium sweet flavor with pissy hops and poopy brett, citrus fruits, mild hay bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation and smooth texture. Clean and funky on the finish with a bit of dank brett impression, some further citrus character. Great stuff. (August 2014, Score: 4.0)

Slightly hazy amber yellow colour, firm off white head. Light sour aroma, red fruit, red wine, light malts, some vanilla/wood. Light bitter flavour, malty, light sour, light yeast, candy (zuurtjes). Quite sweet, light bitter finish.
Quite nice, but I do not understand it scores better than e.g. Avec les Bons Voeux. The yeast doesn’t play as prominent a role as in other saisons.

Bottle. Cloudy, amber liquid with medium off-white head. Spicy aroma with notes of wine, bubble gum, barnyard, fruity funk, pepper, wheat and some light oak. Taste is dry and medium bitter with great balance and notes of spices, wine and fruity brett. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Absolutely delicious.

Bottle bought at Whole Foods in Las Vegas. Hazy, pale yellow liquid with big white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, spices, lemon peel, barnyard, wheat, bubblegum, citrus and some light banana. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of spices, tropical fruit and cloves. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Nice and drinkable.

Bomber thanks to Mike, picked up in the Great White North. Pours a orange color with a large white head. The aroma is a big Brett funk and almost woody. A nice mellow flavor that showcases Brett with little spiciness, dry, funky at times, little bit of fruity hops. Enjoyable. Great nose.

750 ml bottle. Interesting nose of wheat, brett, lemon, citrus, and wood. The flavor is starts tart with spicy Belgian yeast and notes of Chardonnay wine. Plenty of spices such as coriander and pepper. Plenty of citrus. It really matches the commercial description. Dry finish. I was skeptical on how a bretty, oak aged Wit beer would taste. Overall pretty damn nice.
