F: off-white, thin, quick gone. C: dark brown, opaque, hazy. A: malty, caramel, dark fruits, some chocolate. T: malty, mellow dark fruity, caramel, bit chocolate, bit cherries, bready, medium to full body, lower carbonation, not bad, enjoyed. Nose is chemical, insecticide, dead hippie, perfume,… Taste is apple, incense, sugar, perfume, spoiled yeast, spoiled fruit, insecticide,… Body is milky, spoiled yeast, real unpleasant mess.

The idea of a salt & pepper saison sounds quite interesting actually but this beer is just horrendous but not due to the added ingredients. Ugly hazy orange. Nose is rotting really bad spoiled BE yeast, straight up spoiled,… Taste is just rotting yeast, spoiled, spoiled, chemical,… Rotting yeast & spoiled medication body, really bad.

Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Ugly fizzy orange, little head. Nose is weird strange orange peel, the fruit tea presumably, spoiled nearly lactic bad yeast. Taste is sweet mandarin, spoiled apple, candy apple mess, low sweet rotting fruit,… Spoiled fruity body. Poor but not as bad as some of their other beers.

Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled draft @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Served from a tiny fermentation vessel pretty cool. Nose is awful all rotting fruit, fermenting malt, spoiled bread & garbage. Really bad smell & less bad taste but still bad like rotting apple cores, spoiled chocolate, bread, garbage,.. Body is rotting fruit & bready malt, real mess.

16 February 2019. At Cambrinus, Bruges. Cheers to the family! Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of soap, banana, coriander, yeast, wort, apricot, yellow apple, wheat, white bread, orange peel, juniper. Taste is light fruity sweet, banana & apple, quickly turning medium spicy bitter with coriander, pepper, sourish notes of wheat, juniper, soap, all the while yeasty & white bread-like. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, more spices, yeast, wheat, faint gin-like alcohol. Medium body, slick/soapy texture, lively carbonation. A tad better than I rememberd but still not good... 6/3/6/3/11=2.9. First tasted at Brugs Bierfestival, 3 February 2018. Cheers to Anke, Ian, Kevin & Jerre!

Hazy dark brown with a thin, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, nuts, tea leaves, spices, dough, red fruits, rain water (iron), hint of Cola even. Tastes medium malty sweet and light spicy bitter with a short, hoppy finish. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Hmm, moving on...
