Clear golden colour with lasting head and lots of carbonation. Plain tasting. Grainy. Small amount of acidity perhaps from the champagne yeast.

33cl bottle: BBE March 2025, poured into an old Westmalle Trappist chalice at home on 5th February 2024. Slight haze to the golden/amber body, wispy white covering on top. Toffee Apple/caramel nose, the taste more bitter and a bit like 'home brew' used to be like, but with more alcohol kicking about! Pity no one else has tried it because I don't think this is 'right' and shouldn't be so 'amateurish'.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 24. Cheers Jeremy for this one. Misty gold, white head. Pleasant IPA, nicely hoppy, robust bitterness, solid malt base but just a bit burpy.

8th January 2024, Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five guys and loads of beers! I picked this up in Brugge last year, 33cl bottle BB March 2025. Hazed old gold, white topping. Nice herbal feel to this Saison, didn't pick up any sea salt though. Liked it.
