Opaque dark brown beer good tan head. Palate is smooth and a little viscous. Decent fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, silky. Smooth coffee and dark chocolate. Whisper of molasses. Modest dark fruits blend in well. Coffee and molasses return before a smooth finish. Rich and with good depth. Hangs together well.

Bottle. A- Pumpkin, spices, cinnamon, ginger. A- Orange red color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Spices, ginger, nutmeg, subtle gourds. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, unbalanced finish. O- Too many flavors trying too hard in this beer. It tasted more like a fall time pumpkin spice beer than anything else. No noticeable traits of chili peppers. Mostly pumpkin and ginger.

Thanks! 650 ml. bottle sampled @ “Tim’s Christmas Tasting”. Black, quickly gone mocha bubbles. Barrels are all bourbon & rye whiskey and yet the nose is huge wine, very vinous, tart, light sour mocha, sourer oak. Taste is puckering blackberries, very vinous, dough, sour berries, more wine, light oak, red grapes, light funk. Body is touch watery, overall quite a nice Oud Bruin (taste-wise) not sure what this is exactly but not bad to drink, not exceptional but nice for sure.

Clear dark purple to brown beer, creamy beige solid head, little stable, somewhat adhesive. Aroma: pretty funky indeed, sourish, bit dirty, horse stable, dried fruits, prunes. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very funky, sourish, little bitter, hoppy, citrus, more fruity notes. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, lots of tannins, lemony touch, pretty funky indeed...
