Cask at the Boltmakers, Keighley, 20-05-06. This was a pale golden beer that was most refreshing lovely zingy grapefruit flavours and a great bite to it. Quite impressed with this.

Cask handpull at Thomas Ingoldsby, JDW, Canterbury. Gold colour with lasting white head. Good hop on this, nice citric lemon/grapefruit, refreshing summer ale with good biscuit malt base. Very good, very dry hop on end. 500ml bottle filtered and pasteurised. Deep gold with thick lasting off white head. Some hop, some empty malt aroma. Really lacks any body at all. Some hop. Kind on refreshing on a hot summer’s day maybe, sat in a pub garden on the fens, but otherwise just a bit tasteless. Well made but dull 525210

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Deep golden. Fruity crystal malt aroma. Fairly sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy hops over a solid body, notes of orange. Medium bitterness.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm) Colour is deep ruby or copper. Fruity, malty nose and a malty taste, starts a bit sweet, but becomes drier and finishes with a nice, long bitter finish. A hint of oranges and a fresh hoppy taste. Nice and tasty.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Colour is golden yellow. Lots of hops in the nose, som fruit as well. Has a distinct and fresh hoppy character, with some fruit (citrus). Starts a bit sweet, but becomes drier towards the finish. Not very complex but tasty and drinkable.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A slightly hazy orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet and lovely hoppy, while the flavor is lovely hoppy, leading to a dry grassy end.

Brown color. Some malt aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, not particularly rich; malty with a lot of caramel and delicate roasted malt, more evident at the end. Average.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Copper colour with thin beige head. Yeasty aroma with candied orange peel and some caramel. Quite sweet in mouth with dried fruit peel flavours. Finish is citric, acidic which balances the sweetness. Some hop. Quite like this

Cask handpull, Folkestone Wetherspoons. Cylced here straignt from work and this was a real joy as a first drink. Dark ruby colour with bubbly thin beige head. Some roasted malt on the nose. Refreshing mild. Bit of toastiness. Like well done toast. Really good after cycle ride. Some coffee on finish. Good mild
