Sourish aroma has lots of elderflower and some other spices too. Dry flavour is rather spicy. A bit saison-like and bitter in a bad way. Drinkable but not very nice though.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is herbs, elderflower and some barnyard as well. Flavour is toffee, herbs, elderflower, mild earthy and yeasty notes. once you pour the yeast in the spicyness gets stronger.

Pours orange with a medium foamy head. Aroma has notes of orange, fruits, yeast and spices. Taste is quite malty with notes of fruits and spices. Stingy finish. Quite unbalanced.

Bottle at my East Croydon beer tasting, thanks to Thomas. It pours hazy straw yellow, with pretty much no head or carbonation. The nose is red and green apple, pear, tart lemon and melon. The taste is lemon, sweet apple, tart grapefruit, pineapple, pear, melon, hay, biscuit and leather, with a fruity finish. It has some lambic sourness, but not enough for my liking. Overall fairly sweet and fruity. An interesting brew nonetheless.

Bottle (2007) at the East Croydon Beer Tasting, thanks to Thomas and his magic bag. Pours hazy gold with a faint head. Has quite a sour nose, some tart peach and lemon, light leather. Great flavor, sour but still pretty sweet, some tart citrus and leather. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish with hints of yeast, sugar, light funk and leather. The sweetness is nice as it offsets the crisp lambic sourness. Very good beer.

Bottle shared by Kan, thanks! Poured a clear gold amber with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a good amount of funk with note of sour and light fruits with some backing sweet grains. Flavor started with sour fruits backed by funk with a hint of light grain backing.
