Bottled. Clear pale amber, brief head. Concentrated citric horse blanket aroma. Sweet and sour, juicy and malty with soft, dense mouthfeel. Arousing, complex and confusing with the sweetness of a strong Berlgian ale and the tart lovely complex flavours of a real lambic. Wow!

Bottle shared by Marcus. Aroma of polished caramel. Brown color with a minimal tan head. Medium jbody with fizzy carbonation. Nice light yeast over some mildly roasted caramel and light fruits. Finish is slightly dry. It is just wonderful stuff.

Red-brown colour, large creamy head. Aroma has some roasted malts and fruits. Flavour is of dark and dry fruits and caramel. Nice and balanced.

Bottle at Pig’s Ear 2007. Cloudy blond beer with thick lasting off white head. Bit of cream on aroma. Bit of sick on aroma. Some decent fruit in mouth, but too much creamy puke for me.

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a lots of medium size particles, a large to huge, frothy / creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, lemon, grape, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. (Nice balance and scharpe / fresh aroma). Body is medium to full, texture is oily / creamy, carbonation is soft to lively. (Smoth and soft). (101207)

Hazy, pale tan colour. Medium head. The lambic shows nicely on the nose, especially bringing leathery notes. On the palate, it's dry, leathery, bretty for sure but has a big body and malt richness that is clearly coming from the tripel. Great balance. This is the yum.
