Draught Very good, dense, white head leaving textbook lace over fully hazy pale yellow beer. Elderflower obvious, but not stiffling other floral, vegetal and herbal notes.Bit peppery as well, dried leaves/stalks. Very nice lemony character, again elderflower, herbs with citrus-like characteristics. More than a bit as lemonsquash, if seriously less sugared. Light body, very good carbonation. Another great beer. Elderflower is difficult to keep in check, but la Mule certainly succeeded!

Draft @ La Mule - 5ième annif de Python Bar.
Pâle sur un léger voile, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est frais malté - pils, froment, grains concassés. Un effluve de malt se dégage surement en apport d'une dose généreuse de froment. Rétro-nasal est frais avec un houblonné noble oscillant sur du floral et terreux.
Palais est épais pris de suite par le caractère du froment qui offre une bonne onctuosité en bouche et ce côté grains/céréales. Frais houblonné noble avec une point eherbacée et finement florale rappelant le jasmin.

Draught Very good white head, fed by furiously carbonated pale yellow beer. Citrussy, wheat-ish, faintly spicy; fresh herbs as lemonbalm. Quite bitter, bitter citruspeel, again faintly spicy, dry spices. Light - appropriately - body, very highly carbonated. Long lasting bitter/ish flavour. Excellent, tasty light beer!

Gents Bier Festival 2023 - Very dark brown with no head. There's quite a lot of malty sweetness. Perhaps a touch of diacetyl. Simple and easy to drink.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a weizen glass. Yeasty nose. Hazy pale amber colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, cloves, coriander, light caramel, citrus peel, earthy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, wheat, banana, cloves, coriander, cardamom, earthy notes, yeast and retronasal yeast. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy, quite peppery, quite bitter for a weizen even a hopfenweisse, unusual but nice.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a kölschglass. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, light lemon, grassy hops. Rather fruity taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, light lemon peel. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, quite bitter in the finish, crips, more bitterness than your regular kölsch but I don't mind, very nice.

0.25 l tap. Unclear yellow with a small head. Grassy hops, grapefruit zest, floral note, hay, grain. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness, some grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, chalky texture, lively carbonated, dry grassy hoppy zesty bitter grainy finish. Great Pilsner!
