Tap at Schlafly Bottleworks. Copper color with a creamy white head. Aromas of sweet malt and floral hops. Medium body with medium carbonation. It is incredibly fruity. With some caramel undernotes. Finishes fruity bitter, but so fruity the bitter is hardly noticeable. Incredible ale.

"Schlafly Unfiltered Wheat Hefeweizen." Bottle. Hazy gold color with a frothy white head. Fresh grainy aroma with a touch of citrus and some spice. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is fresh grain and citrus, with only a hint of banana. Tastes great.

The beer pours a beautiful dark amber color with a medium strong head. Its an extremely hazy beer with little clarity. This is almost a year old bottle and it seems to work very well. The strong spices are apparent with lots of orange coming through. Lots if clove and nutmeg as well. The malts are just slightly aged with some British ESB like flavors coming off. Combines very well with a sweet biscuit and spices into a fruit cake type of a brew. Loving it.

Shaker Pint on Draft at Waldo Pizza in Kansas City, Missouri. Pour is a cloudy hazy yellow. Some nice swirling settling as it arrived. Nice, full white head, falls slowly with with thick glass coating lacing. Aroma has clove, banana some wheat and spicy-earthy-mineral yeastiness. The taste mirrors the nose quite nicely, with good balance between the clove, wheat and the yeast notes. The earthiness is particularly evident in the finish, closing the beer out nicely. The palate was medium, and paired nicely with the Jalapeno pizza I was eating. This was a nice Wit.

@Indiana Beerfest-pours a tan head that laces and copper color. Aroma is sweet northwest/pine/citrus hops. Taste is sweet northwest/pine/citrus hops, secondary/balanced medium malt. Mild carbonation.

I just don’t understand, I have had this beer 3 times now, three separate bottles and they have bee all bad. And its not that I just don’t like it, I am pretty sure its the damn DMS or maybe its some nasty phenols (but I think its DMS), either way all three bottles have had it and I know I can’t be the only picking it up. Its there and its in the way. Otherwise looks fine, dark amber and cloudy.

Bottle from the Beergeek. Amber gold, nearly orange, color with a minimal white head. Aroma of mild malt and light, fruity hop. Near medium body with near creamy carbonation. Flavor is a bit caramel, which seems odd for the style, and the hop is quite light, just enough for balance, which seems right for the style. About as light and smooth as kolsch should be, just a bit too much malt.

Courtesy of CigarCityBrew. Pours deep garnet with mocha head. The aroma is roasty to dark roasted malts leaning toward burnt malts and some biscuit. The taste is roasty moving more in the direction of mild malt astringency. Then there’s also notes of caramel and chocolate blending into sweet malts and dark roastiness. The roasted malts grow in strength as it is warmed and more of it is consumed. I didn’t really notice the signature creaminess the oatmeal tends to bring along.
