Pour is a hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is very much corriander with a touch of spice. Flavor is more in the clove catagory with orange peel and a nice banana finish. Very tasty and well done.

Pour is a murky brown with a small white head. Aroma is pretty darn good with gingerbread, cinammon and nutmeg all coming through. Flavor is weaker than the aroma but there is a very dry spiceyness to it. Hops make an appearence at the end. Still this is a pretty tasty and warming brew.

Bottle. Pours a deep brown, with almost red tinges. Think cherry cola. Initial aroma is coffee, of course. Taste is a bit thin at first, though as it warms, get decent body. A bunch of carbonation for the style. The coffee flavor is fairly subdued to me, not a bad stout.

2006 Hop in the city Festival beer. Pour is a dark copper with a huge white head. Aroma is a very strong cinnamon with some cloves in there. Flavor is pretty good. Lots of cinnamon and spice with some cloves and maybe honey. Don’t get much pumpkin in this but the other flavors are strong enough to carry this over the top. A very decent attempt. I’m getting to like these pumpkin beers.

Pour is a copper with a small white head. Aroma is of hops but not very strong. Flavor is hoppy with toned down malts. Drinkable and very middle of the road.

Pour is a jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is some coffe and roasted malts. Flavor is weak. No real malts or hops are present and this is very watery. Maybe this was old? Sure not Impy like at all. The dissapointment of hop in he city 2006.

Pour is clear goldern with a fluffy white head. Aroma is of grassy hops and not much else. Flavor is a litle toasted malts with a sweet finish. Its ok but the style is kinda boring to begin with.

Pour is a copper with a nice sized white head. Aroma is a nice helping of caramel malts with a nice hop backbone. Flavor is decent as well. Very bready malts with some spice and hops. A nice effort on this one.

Pour is black with a thin tan head. Aroma is not what i was expecting. No real chocolate to speak of just a dose of malts. Flavor is much the same not real chocolate just some watery malts. Not really a chocolate porter and a pretty poor porter at that.
