Pours clear and dark brown with lots of garnet highlights under a tall, thick, creamy tan head. Sweet nutty malt aroma. Sweet flavor that follows the aroma. A bit thin, but in no way is it watery. Decent beer, a bit on the sweet side.

Bottle 22fl.oz. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy, soap, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, sharp bitter, soapy bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottled@omhper. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, mild spruce, spices and quite big on the sweetness. Flavour is raisins, some plum, spices and mild yeastyness. Sweet big maltyness in the finish.

Courtesy of hellbilly. It pours dark mahogany with ruby red edges and mocha like head. The aroma is sweet with caramel malts, molasses and chocolate malts and then mixing with smoky rauch and a touch of bacon. The taste is full up smoky malts, spicy black licorice and some molasses. To midway it gets a bit rubbery along with lingering notes of smoke, black licorice and caramel malts. Nice.

Clear golden colour, white head. Malty, floral aroma, wild yeast, fruity, passion fruit, citrus, bitter oranges. Flavour is quite bitter and malty. Finish somewhat sour and hoppy. Nice.

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 Jan brought this beer along, cheers Jan! Hazy amber in colour, looks a little flat. There is a lot of sugar left in here, demerara sugar. Quite thick in the mouth, nicely hoppy though touch heavy and syrupy sweet. This beer takes strides forward but then falls back with certain aspects of it not quite sitting right with me, overall though it just about pulls things off. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 Jan brought this beer along to the tasting, cheers Jan! Light sweet maltiness on the nose. The taste is quite, quite lovely, nice truffleyness, chocolate abounds, cocoa powder. Its has a lovely soft carbonation that sits well in the mouth. Despite the chocolate it does have a nice hoppiness throughout. A8 A4 T8 P5 Ov16 4.1

Cloudy and copper with a nice white head. Fruity hops, fresh, light malts, sweet, rounded malts. Decent sweet bitterness on the finish. Mouth is a bit dry. Good stuff.
