On tap at Brew Wharf - natch! Slightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Light floral notes underpinned with subtle honey. Fresh and mildly bitter orange. Turns sweeter and creamier before the finish. Then a contrastingly bitter aftertaste. Decent stuff!

On tap at Mes&Sims wedding - Chees Guys! Slightly hazy pale gold beer. Light dry palate, low carbonation. Tasty mild green hops, mild tangerine. Green hop bitterness towards the dry finish. Good flavour for it’s abv but inevitably a little thin.

Cask, gravity at Mes and Sims Wedding, 18.06.11 Pours hazy mid gold with a filmy white head. Really quaffable for a 3% beer. Some citrus pithiness shines through, and a late touch of spiciness also showing. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3

Cask handpull at Brew Wharf Borough. Black as hell and lasting tan head. Hoppy aroma. Hops dominate throughout with some creamy choc hanging around. Really drinkable. Bit like a chocolate grapefruit. Stupidly likeable and drinkable with good hop bite on finish balanced by this creamy chocciness. Good

(Cask at Brew Wharf, London Bridge, London, 21 May 2011) Dark brown colour with foamy, beige head. Roasted, malty nose with notes of citrus, pine needles and toasty grain. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, raisins, pine needles, citrus and a generous piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, fairly sweet. Nice and tasty beer, leaning in the black IPA direction.

Bottle 500ml.[ Courtesy of Alex420 ]. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, dusty hops, orange - citrus, grapefruit notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, bitter hops, dry, caramel, medicine notes. IMO a bit messy in the hop profile ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110512]

On tap at Brew Wharf. Slightly hazy gold beer, little white head. Light semi dry palate. Low carbonation. Piney grassy hops, bitter and just a tad green. Traces of orange and grapefruit but this is mostly a grassy bitter pale ale. Dry finish. Alright.

Clear dark brown beer. Small pale tan head. Semi dry palate. Low carbonation. Nice even malt. Sweetish and subtle red fruits with just a light touch of hop bitterbess. Finishes dry. Pretty well joined up and drinkable.
