Half-pint, cask ale at Stanford Arms in Lowestoft. Patchy beige head, fair lacing, a deep dark reddish shade to a black body. Blackberry nose, mid-sweet, promising. Rather rich taste of blackberries and grainy chocolate. Mid-sweet malt-berry tail. Likable. (06.07.2019).

Cask @ White Hart, Todmorden. Clear blonde with a head. It's a crisp enough dryish pale ale with good clean water. It's hoppy with a slightly dirty nose.
