0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before January 2026. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fairly smoky aroma of smoked ham, some ash and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, fairly smoky and a bit fruity-floral taste of smoked ham, grains, some ash and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Rauchbier, very well-balanced.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2025. Clear, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a bit fruity aroma of caramel, wet leaves, nuts and light raisins. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, malty and a little fruity taste of caramel, nuts, wet leaves and a touch of raisins, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Alt, nicely bitter and dry.

Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, gently resiny and slightly smoky aroma of orange jam, mango, some pine and a touch of smoked ham. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral, gently resiny and slightly smoky taste of orange jam, mango, pine, some grapefruit and a touch of smoked ham, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty old school Pale Ale with a subtle touch of smoke, very well-brewed. Definitely one of the best from Weyermann I've tried recently.

Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, minimally grassy aroma of grains, lemon peel and hints of fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy taste of grains, some lemon peel, light fresh grass and hints of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very decent Pils, quite crisp and refreshing.

Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly smoky and a little fruity aroma of banana, clove, honey, sultanas and some smoked ham. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly smoky and a bit fruity taste of banana, clove, honey, smoked ham, light vanilla and hints of citrus, followed by a short, gently bitter, a little dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Weizen with a subtle smokiness and restrained hop flavours.

Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently smoky taste of caramel, smoked ham, nuts and traces of sauerkraut, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry and minimally salty finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Rauchbier, quite mellow.

Sweetish-malty, gently roasty and slightly fruity aroma of caramel, cocoa and some raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, raisins and some hazelnut, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant beer, not overly Stout-like though.

Sweetish-malty, gently smoky aroma of caramel, smoked ham, nuts and traces of raisins. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently smoky and a little fruity taste of caramel, toasted nuts, bread crust, smoked ham and some raisins, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, a little dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent brew, not smoky enough for my liking.

Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Decent Weizen, a little thin but quite enjoyable.

Sweetish, quite fruity, rather resiny aroma of orange jam, tobacco, grapefruit and pine. Gently sweet, quite bitter, rather fruity and gently resiny taste of grapefruit, orange jam, tobacco and pine, followed by a short, quite bitter, a little dry finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice old school IPA.
