Bottle from the fan shop in Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Hazy red brown colour. Lasting beige head. Aroma of amber and red malts. Flavour the same. Amber malts. A little spicy. Spicy finish. So some spicy hops maybe. Pretty drinkable. Good malts throughout. Solid.

Bottle from the fan shop in Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Clear dark brown colour. Lasting tan head. Smokey aroma. The smoke is actually quite light in the flavour morbput the same malt fruit. Decent malt flavour. A good blend of malts to give a good balanced malty beer with smoke and fruit cake fruit flavours. Some hop on the end. I thought very good.

Bottle from the fan shop in Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Cola coloured lasting beige head. Immediate chocolate aroma. Chocolate flavour too. Dark chocolate flavour. Like a 65 or 70 % cocoa chocolate flavour. Pretty simple. But the chocolate flavours are excellent. Liked it.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before October 2025. Almost clear, dark ruby with a medium large, dense, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, bready and a little fruity aroma of burnt bread crust, brown sugar and some raisins. Very sweet, malty, minimally bitter, slightly bready and moderately fruity taste of brown sugar, toasted grains, some raisins and hints of burnt bread crust, followed by a short, minimally bitter finish. Medium to full body, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Quite good for the style, very well-executed.

Clear bright dark orange light brown beer. Lasting beige head. Its a decent malty beer. Lager yeast at last. Good malts. Nuts. Some dryness on finish. Carries it all well and is super drinkable. Weyermann kick ass. Super clean beers. No faults. Just an expression of the beer. So good. This is decent if not racy.

Bottle at the fan shop in Bamberg. Deep amber orange colour thin beige head. Malty weizen aroma. Esters are banana and peach and pear. It's really different. Not heavy on the yeast. Decent malts. Some light hops. Quite a light weizen. Dignified. Some toffee character. OK.

Bottle at the fan shop in Bamberg. Amber dark orange colour lasting ivory head. Light smoke. Bit it's also a pale ale I think. Not a lager. This is interesting. Good smoke flavour. Smoked cheese. Very lightly Smoked ham aroma and flavour. Pretty sure it's an ale yeast I can feel it bloating me. Good though. Like all their beers very well made. .
