Lighter shade of black topped with a light khaki cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is stewed fruit, hint of liquorice, molasses, toasted brown sugar, fruit cake mix.
Taste comprises liquid fruit cake, burnt toffee, spice, dark malts, dates, figs.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good blast of alcohol.
Solid sipper.

C: amber, hazy.
A: citrus, brett, grapes, light sour fruity.

Kolor słomkowo żółty z delikatnym zmętnieniem. Piana biała, wysoka i dość trwała. Delikatnie oblepia szklankę.
Aromat kwaskowy, cytrynowy i kwiatowy jednocześnie.
Smak kwaskowy i pikantny (ostry, drapiący). Zdecydowanie jest tu limonka i chili.
Wysycenie średnie w górę. Tekstura niemal gładka. Ciało średnie w dół. Posmak długi kwaskowy, papryczkpwa ostrość delikatnie "drapie" gardło.

Pâle sur un léger voile, col crémeux fin blanc-cassé
Arôme sur une base classique de haze, typiquement de La Source - pointe de fruits à noyaux, qcq notes d'agrumes avec une touche de résine en rétro-nasal.
Palais reste sur une base classique, note de résine avec des fruits à noyaux dont l'abricot et la pêche, qcq éléments herbacés en fin de bouche.
Correcte mais impression de déjà-vu et déjà-bu avec un effet haze qui ne le plait pas trop.
