Circa 2006 bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes slowly. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, spice and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of peppery yeast, biscuit malt and ripe fruit. The finish is slightly funky with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Think it fell off a bit with age, but decent overall.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy copper color with a large white head. A big woody sour nose. The flavor is interesting some dark malts, wood, Brett, sawdust, smooth toasted malts. Very easy to drink. Nice.

Big rich floral nose and flavor, with notes of acetone, peach and mango, very funky, floral. Slick semi-sweet palate. Flowers are huge in this. Unique

Mild citrus character, juicy orange grapefruit character from the hops, soft sweet fruity malt in the base, somewhat comparable to the dry hopped saison dupont I had earlier. Overally pretty nice.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. Wasn’t explosive. Interesting brew, floral and herbal, I don’t know what tamarind is like really, and the sage was subdued, but generally sourness, funk and lemon zest. Brett. Interesting.

Pretty awesome, I cracked this at Mikey’s gathering with the warning that it explodes in my mind. The cork just edged up after I took off the cage and then BOOM and nice explosion. Didn’t lose much beer. A huge white foamy head. A sour bug Brett nose and some light fruit. The flavor is very fruit, dusty grapes, big Brett, light sourness more funky. Lemons. Good.
