Description
Saint Somewhere Brewing Company is a brewer of traditional Farmhouse ales located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We are a small batch brewery using only the finest ingredients available. Belgian malt and wheat, whole noble hops and open fermentation add to the complexity of our ales. Our beers are unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle, not engineered, but truly hand crafted.

Courtesey of tdeoeck. 75 cl. bottle sampled. Very bright orange, hazy, no head. Rotting orange peel, medicinal, aspirin, bitter herbs, sweet mandarin, sweet spices,… Lightly watery, light orange juice, hint of peel, aspirin touch, sweet spices, fruity yeast, apples, dry herbal, prob. some infection but not per se in a bad way. Completely flat. Agreable.

Bottle thanks to a trade. Pours a clear candied red apple color with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a sweet fruit (mainly red fruit) with a hint of flora and a bit of a earthy yeast note. Flavor has a very medicinal red fruit note with a bit of sweetness but overall a bit unpleasant.

Tap at Churchkey for the Craft Brewers Conference. Poured a clear amber color with a slightly off-white head. Aroma smells like wet socks. Not a fan - flavor was marginally better, some funk notes herbal notes, yeast. Not a huge fan of this particular one.
