Bouteille 37.5cl, as Habanero 2020 and 6.9%. BB 30/11/2025.
Couleur cuivre, col mousseux effervescent blanc-cassé retombant rapidement.
Arôme est finement funk avec un côté balsamique, boisé avec un rétro malté caramel vieille brune, pimenté très fin en rétro - purée de piment. Le habanero se montre bien naturel avec un bouquet presque vineux.
Palais est surprenant et pour une fois, au contraire de nombreuses autres bières, le habanero est bien présent. Chaleur immédiate et ponctuée par un côté sour relevé par une belle touche de malt qui laisse un rappel quasi de vieille brune. Petite note caramélisée, fruits rouges avec l'apport boisé de chêne. En fin je retrouve encore cet effet 'habanero paste" qui remet une belle couche de chaleur épicée.

Small transparant head over fully hazy orange-amber beer. Inviting wild yeasts and fruits' nose. Stonefruit (mirabelle? Reine Claude?). Dry, tart stonefruit, and lots of lactic acid. Still not overly sour as American kettles. Extra flavour as from traditional brown bread. Some slickness and some body despite acidthinning; mild acidbite. Good carbonation. Wow, another gem from A T-T!

pinkish ruby colour, minimal pinkish head; aroma of beetroot with some earthy notes; taste of citric acid and some beetroot; not bad...but I like beetroot...

0.375l bottle. Clear ruby body with a thin pink head. The aroma is straight up beetroot. Taste of beetroot, lemon juice, vinegar and some earthy notes. Interesting beer for sure, but the beetroot is a bit too pronounced.

Pink-purplish head, gone in seconds; virtually black beer. Sour nose, with green berries, cassis indeed, but also vegetable acidity, rhubarb maybe, but even as raw cabbage, wittekool salade . Cassis, and again vegetable, more towards bitterness, quite strange. Background flavour of blackcurrant pastilles. Serious acidthinning, serious acidburn, undercarbonated, light body. No question, for sour lovers this is a good beer. But in truth, the acidity is just a tad too exaggerated, too aggressive.

Botle. Hazy amber, low head. Dry yeast, gherkin, grapeskin and cascade citrus, tart, leafy, grape, light fennel. Medium light fizzy body. Minerally grape and herbal hop finish.

750 ml bottle, bb 25 Feb 2025. Dark golden, medium hazy body, with a medium, yellowish head. Aroma of barnyard, smoke, citrus, apricot, wood, some pale grapes, some sweet apple. Tastes similar. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate cabonation. Finishes smooth, medium sweet, a bit sour, slightly smokey, a bit wooden, very fruity, citric, with apricot, apple, some grapes. Tasty. Well balanced between smokey, funky and fruity notes. Works very well. The grapes aren't too prominent, leaving room for other fruit notes. Lovely, smooth stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

0,75l bottle at home shared by Powy, big thanks. BB yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, spices, lightly smoky, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of grapes, spices, lightly smokey, horse radish, grassy, peppery, some tannins. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, horse radish and some tannins. very nice one, lovely balance, super smooth to drink. lovely beer. 8, 4, 8, 4, 17

Bottle. Ruby color with pink head. Aroma is red grapes, earthy, leathery. Taste is the same, very nice mild balanced tannins. Oily mouthfeel, sparkly carbonation. Good!
