Notes de bananes et de poires en intensité moyenne assorties de clou de girofle, de vanille et complétées par du pain bien frais. De faibles houblons aux accents persillés sont perceptibles. Bel équilibre et bonne complexité de l’olfactif. Petite mousse blanche sur liquide clair et limpide de couleur doré. Le blé est bien en évidence à l’entrée de bouche nous donnant de belles notes de pain frais et de céréales bien craquantes. Les bananes sont en sourdine ainsi que le clou de girofle. L’effervescence bien vive la rend rafraichissante. Les houblons persillés sont très peu perceptibles et l’amertume très faible. La finale est bien sèche. Très agréable. Les céréales sont mises de l’avant au détriment des éléments de levure. Un léger rehaussement des houblons n’aurait pas nui également.

Des notes de céréales miellées parfument un olfactif typiquement lager et aux accents bien granuleux. Des houblons herbacés se dégagent également en laissant une impression persillée. De couleur dorée et d’une limpidité remarquable, le liquide dégage une bonne quantité de bulles formant une mousse de taille moyenne qui perdure assez bien. En bouche, c’est encore une fois très céréalier avec du grain en abondance et des accents miellés plus prononcés cette fois. Des notes de biscuit sont également présentes ainsi que des houblons herbacés discrets et une amertume juste un peu trop retenue. Le corps est bien proportionné et son effervescence tout à fait juste. La balance penche un peu trop vers le malt mais c’est non sans me plaire; surtout lorsque l’on met en évidence de belles céréales miellées. Une bière simple, bien bâtie et solidement savoureuse.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color pilsner with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes and light floral notes. Taste is also a mix of light floral notes, dominant cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but need some cleaning up.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry hops notes with some earthy flavours sis OK. Taste is a mix of earthy hops with light citrusy with some grainy cereal notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK but probably prefers the standard German offerings for this brewery.
