Hazy peach-pink colour with a big creamyish-frothy white-pinkish head with good retention and creamy lacing. Hibiscus and berry aromas. The mouthfeel is smooth, silky, almost creamy with a little tart left on the tongue. The taste blends well the rhubarb giving a touch of sourness, but mostly fruity with the hibiscus. Being a light beer, it is not too much, nor sticky. A nicely balanced, fruity, lightly perfumed brew.

O:7.11 V:4.68 G:8.51 C:4.66 G:15.25 T:40.21

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some very faint residual sugar notes and floral hops notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes and some subtle residual sugar notes with dry floral hops undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made lager with very good drinkability.

473mL can, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma smells like a strong, sweetened morning cup of cold brew, along with a hint of cocoa. Flavour confirms the nose, with lots of cold brew, gentle cocoa, and moderate sweetness. Doesn't have the body of many impie stouts, but the flavours are there and it drinks relatively easily. Very nice.

O:7.7 V:4.8 G:8.4 C:5.0 G:17.75 T:43.65

(473ml can from Intermarche St Jean, Quebec City) Pours clear pale straw with a small fizzing white head. Aroma of sweetish cereal grains, white grape, touch of apple, generic herbal hops. Flavour matches the nose, slighlty sweet cereal core, light fruity notes like apple and soft citrus, a bit metallic, soft herbal hops, dry finish. Light bodied, average carbonation. Cooking beer that I gave a taste of, nothing special, generic lager for sure.
