A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, a bitter herbal chocolate with light coriander, licorice, herbaceous character, nice. In mouth, a smooth fruity chocolate malt with herbal notes, licorice, light alcohol, nice.

A clear reddish amber ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with doughy character, light ground cherry and off flavors. In mouth, a sweet and tart with band aid notes, ground cherry, disappointing. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2014.

Pas la meilleure de cette série mais tout de même intéressante. Le myrique beaumier est présent en finale et ça rend cette bière très amère. Chapeau pour l’alcool qu’on ne goûte pas du tout et la qualité de l’assemblage!!!

Bottle shared @ The Hague Tasting. Dark red almost brown color, medium sized beige head that leaves good lacing. Smell malts and some fruitiness. Taste malts, some fruitiness, slightly caramel, slightly bitter. Weird fruitbeer, but not bad.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur cuivrée translucide, mousse beige dense et crémeuse laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de houblon résineux, forestier, pamplemousse léger, malt caramélisé. Goût herbacé, malt grillé, amertume percutante tout en longueur qui devient un peu agressante au fil des gorgées. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
