Bottle: Deep golden, unclear, loose but stable off-white head, sweetish grassy-grainy nose with a light bready touch and traces of dried fruits; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied for such a strong Bier; warming alcohol in the slightly lingering and well balanced sweet-bitter finish. Not my favourite, but quite good...

*Bottle from Schneiders Getränke, Köln. Nice fresh grainy beginning. Spelt-graininess, round and smooth, dry with hints of bitterness, smooth. The wholemeal-grain is round and fresh here without being dusty or overloaded. Interesting.

*Bottle from Schneiders Getränke, Köln. Grainy sweetish beginning, the whisky with its wood and mild vanilla aroma fits in great. The beer is grainy sweetish, but the woody whisky covers this, integrating it into a nice wood-vanilla-smooth sweetish grain-picture, that has not much bitterness and ins really enjoyable.

*Bottle from Schneiders Getränke, Köln. Grainy smooth beginning, sweetish with alcoholic hints. The body is grainy with sweetish parts, the rum-barrel improves the picture very much - wood, raisin hints of a nice woody rum harmonise with the sweetish grain. Nice in this combination.
