500ml bottle @ Cardinal. Slightly hazy, brown body with a smal beige head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, malt, dry fruit and some alcohol. Flavor is malty, caramel, dry fruit, spices and some bitterness. Medium body. I like this as a calm beer for the cold season.

500ml bottle @ Cardinal. A bit hazy orange to red body with a small beige head. Big floral hoppy aroma, citrus, apple and hay. Flavor is malty I addition to the expected hops, fruity and a bit spicy. OK, this might be a bit one dimensional – but this beer IS summer and flowery meadow. It makes me happy and I want more.

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, lemon, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (040907)

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wooden and slightly fruity. Flavour is wooden and bittery grassy along with some fruityness. Very bitter finish.

Medium white head does not last. Hazy red-brown body. Harmonic aroma of caramel, metal, and floral hops with fruity notes. Dry, fruity caramel and wood taste, kind of watery. Aftertaste is very similar with herbal notes. Very nice. (0.5l bottle from Centra.)

Cask (handpump) @ Coach & Horses Inn, B48, Weatheroak. Clear medium amber color with a small creamy / fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, toffee, butter and light dark berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask @ Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. Malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty and fruity hoppy aroma with some hints of caramel. Fruity malty finish.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 4.3%. Clear golden brown colour, moderate head. Nice flowery and hoppy aroma, hints of honey. The flavour is also hoppy and moderately fruity, on an acceptable malty base. Quite well balanced. A nice little beer this one.

Clear, orange to amber body. Quite lambicy aroma of hops, wood and even some horse blanket. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour (hoppy bitterness). Somewhat sirupy flavour too. Not too bad, but not great either.

Unclear peach-amber with a good imitation of a B.C."H.". Fresh hoppy nose, with typical UK hops, a bit dusty & grapey, the last even with a background smell of Muscat de Samos Again the Muscat, but in the taste with a surplus of oxydized malts. I wonder what the BBD of this beer is (not controlable). Malty with a bit uncertain cookie and dry hops overtones; warming up some orange marmalade. Light to medium bodied, and slightly sticky ending. Not a bad beer, but lacking some balance. The tendences clash in the end, instead of blending.
