750 ml. bottle. It’s another gusher, but a slow one. Rich aromas of bread and darker fruits. Like raisins and plums. Color is ruby brune and the beige/tan head was very respectible. The gusher raised small chunks. Near full bodied with coarsely creamy carbonation. Smooth. Flavor is hint of citrus which is covered by lighter fruit flavors like berry, red plum, touch of oak wood. There’s a decent amount of bitter to match the fruit sweetness. It’s more subtle and complex than I can readily describe. Incredibly good ale.

330ml Bottle from Hopduvel, Gent. Poured an opaque mahogany colour with no head. Aromas of raisins, prunes, caramel and yeast. Flavour was overwhelmed by an almost savoury yeastiness, tasting a bit like Marmite which clashed with the accompanying fruitiness and toffee. Warming alcohol finish. A bit too extreme for me.

330ml Bottle from Hopduvel, Gent. Hugely lively pour. Deep chestnut colour with a massive off-white head. Aroma of ripe dark fruit, caramel and some spice. Easy drinking for the ABV with flavours of dates, figs and cinnamon, leading a slightly bitter finish. Excellent.

330ml bottle. Golden coloured with slight haziness and no head, yet plenty of carbonation. Slightly honeyed aroma, with some apicots and spice. Flavour was sweet with some citrus fruit, nutmeg and an herbal edge. some grassy hops in the finish. Very good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy orange body with a huge creamy white head. Aroma is sweetish spicy and fruity with yeast. Flavor is fruity, yeasty with a sweet malt profile. Good balanced with a hint of alcohol and a long finish. As always a nice and sweet brew from the Rocks.

Bottled, thanks ante! Cloudy brownish dark amber with creamy head. Estery pineapple aroma with some raspberries. Sweet and full bodied. Potent concentrated juicy flavours of strawberry esters, lingonberry and wood. Alocohil is fuelling the intesnity of the flavours, but does not disturb. A full flavoured very good beer. In fact nearly as good as their somewhat less strong releases which is a very good thing.

Hazy orange beer filled with floating flakes. Small white head. Aroma filled with exotic fruits, orange and passionfruit among them. Dry and fruity with a candy finish.

Bottle. Body is a deep brown with reddish highlights and a finger or so of dense, tan head. Rich aromas of brown sugar, prunes and vinous presence. Mouthfeel is silky, thick and sticky. Flavors of sweet malt (caramel, brown sugar and candi sugar) intertwine with fruits like plum, prune, figs, raisins and wine grapes. A slight bit of tartness balances out the sweet, stickiness and makes me want a second.
