Bottled, thanks Bov! Almost clear amber, minimal head. Aroma of oaky red wine and herbs. Mid sweet with mild woody tartness. Medium-full body with rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and woody with notes of Fernet Branca and lots of red wine. Mildly warming finish. Complex and interesting.

Craft TCR bottleshare. Thanks to Tipple. Light haze on this amber beer, small pale tan head. Light and fairly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts. A sourish tang, tangerine and sour red berries. A light winey vibe. Some sour burn on the finish but overall it's light and approachable.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, huge firm head. Aroma of mango and grass. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Guava and grass. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co, Holburn, 16/07/2018. A ruby red orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is nice calvedos, wine barrle, oilky lwoody, light vinegar. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy white grape dessert wine, light funk, woody, pear. Palate si semi sweet, tangy, oily, moderate carbonation. Ok.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy, slight citrusy. Bitter, grassy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and slight toasted finish.

From tap. Pours pitch black, small brown head. Aroma is wineous, fruity. Dark roasted malt. Roasted, darkmmalty. Bitter, roasted. Slight herbal. Dark malty, wineous and slight earthy. Dry and roasted dark finish.

Bottle split at CBC tasting, big thanks to Tipple, 16/07/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dried fruits, wood must, funk, oak, damp hay, apple core. Taste comprises citric pissoi, red berry tang, basement tones, fruit balsams. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with balanced acidity. Decent for a Swiss sour !

Il gusto al naso propende per frumento e agrumi. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. In bocca l'aroma porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e pompelmo.

Bottiglia lotto 21. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di luppolo. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è eccessiva. Il liquido si presenta cristallino. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione nella norma. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. L'intensità gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e lunga. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Sulla lingua si fermano indizi di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo e arancia amara.
