On tap at the brewpub: Clear medium amber color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of caramel malt with notes of cereal. Taste is mostly dominated by caramel malt with light notes of nuts and cereal. Body was too thin for my own liking with some OK carbonation. Not bad overall but a fuller body would have improved this beer IMHO – Definitely another one to re-rate in the future.

On tap at the brewpub: Light hazy golden color ale with a small head. Aroma of medium wheat malt with very subtle notes of banana. Taste is a strange mix between some wheat malt with (too) subtle notes of banana ester and a dry slightly hoppy finish. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Not bad but a bit too dry for my taste – I will have to re-rate this one in the future.

Glass, 16-ounce, draught, at Les brasseurs du temps on May 22 2009; looks copper, lightly hazy, no effervescence, ring of tan head; smells of grain, lightly resinous hops, light grapefruit; tastes grainy, young, English bitterness, dribble of caramel, finale in malt with a good presence of resinous hops, mildly bitter, lightly sweet, medium body

Tap: Poured a golden color ale. Aroma of floral cereal is really enjoyable with some great dry hops easily noticeable. Taste of cereal is quite enjoyable with some floral undertones and notes of dry hops provides a clean crisp finish. I quite enjoyed this one which provided a great mix between some drinkability and some complexity.

A hazy golden orange ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice orange pulp, with light white pepper notes, coriander, curacao, classy. In mouth, a very sweet citrussy candy sugar with light orange peels, a bit of coriander, a bit too sweet for me. Rich and warming. On tap at brewpub, August 7 2009.

A golden amber ale (not a lager) with a thin off white head. A pleasant biscuitty aroma, with light honey notes, and British hopping. In mouth, a crisp malt, with light honey notes, some woody character. Medium bodied. Similar to St. Ambroise Pale Ale. On tap at Brasseurs du Temps, May 30, 2009.
