A reddish brown doppelbock with a thin light moka head. A nice aroma of prunes, dark fruit esters, very smooth. In mouth, a classic doppelbock, with banana cake with chocolate notes, light berry notes, warming alcohol, dark fruits. Rich and smooth. On tap at brewpub, April 16 2010.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice herbaceous malt with nice smoked ham notes. In mouth, a nice refreshing rauchbier with light smoked malts, light honey notes, very quaffable, ideal for BBQ. On tap at brewpub, April 16 2010.

A deep dark reddish brown ale with a thin creamy moka head. A nice aroma of caramel, butterscotch, , fruity esters, light peaty notes, and dark fruits. In mouth, an oily sweet molassey malt, with dark fruits, peaty scotch barrels, sweet candy sugar, veering on Belgian. Rich and smooth. On tap at brewpub, March 20 2010.
